  • From Adrenaline to the Ocean: I spent over a decade navigating the heat and hyper-pressure of professional kitchens and high-profile events before trading the hustle for the slow, unshakeable rhythms of the earth.

  • The Depth of the Field: As an open-water swimmer, the ocean became my master teacher. I use the water as a living metaphor for navigating the depths of the somatic field and expanding your capacity to hold immense power without drowning.

  • The Sovereign Geography: I am the author of The Way of the Heart ("El camino del corazón"), a woman who has looked deeply into her own ancestral matrices, closed old chapters, and chosen my own geography based entirely on internal authority. As a certified Somatic & Ontological Coach and HeartMath mentor, I help you do the same.
