    become aware of your program (distortions, outdated beliefs)Becoming aware of your outdated programs, inherited mandates, and somatic distortions.

  4. Realign your energy
    Shifting your frequency to match your soul’s vision and current purpose.

  5. live your truth
    Moving from "doing" to "being" . expressing and living from your sovereign essence.this is what happens when the other codes integrate. when your body anchors, the soul guides, patterns lose charge, and energy aligns… living your truth stops being a goal and becomes a way of being.
