La danza ha sido siempre mi lenguaje. Inspirada por maestras como Gabrielle Roth, las meditaciones activas de Osho, y prácticas como The Work That Reconnects, junto a mi amor por la naturaleza, creé procesos de reconexión con el cuerpo, el alma y la Madre Tierra.

About me:
Dance has always been my native language. Inspired by teachers like Gabrielle Roth, Osho’s active meditations, and practices such as The Work That Reconnects, along with a deep love for nature, I created my own pathways of reconnection with the body, soul, and Mother Earth. I weave together conscious movement, breathwork, ontological coaching, and creative expression to support you in remembering who you are and living aligned with your soul.
