The program is a map to Empower You and EnCourage You to Bring your Light into the World by empowering your belief in yourself, by reclaiming your value and worth, through the constant practice of coming home to reconnect with yourself and nature, integrate distortions, to then bring your Light into the World from the understanding of your true belonging, your connection to yourself and your worth, your accountability, and authenticity.

During our 90 days together we’ll go through my signature 3-part process to bring your light into the world.

We begin the journey in this foundational step, we'll work together to challenge limiting beliefs, reshape internal dialogue, and cultivate unwavering self-love and inner-stability. By exploring your beliefs and expectations, you'll gain the awareness to understand your pain, and one step at a time build the confidence to step into your true worth and potential.

Through the constant process of reconnecting with yourself and your place in the Earth, you'll find that a new sense of self-love, self-confidence, true belonging, and purpose naturally grows. In addition to the three-step framework, I’ve explained above, I also incorporate
the five layers of connection process to help you bring your Light into the world.
I've found that comprehending how you relate to yourself, others, and the world is crucial in understanding how you construct your reality and the meaning you create within it.

By delving inward and exploring your relationship with these five layers of connection—your Purpose, the Earth, the Divine, the Present Moment, and your Embodiment of your Light—you align with your primordial energy. This alignment allows you to flow, express, and create from your true self, fostering a profound sense of belonging, value, impact, love, and fulfillment.

During this 3-month container,
you will receive:

  • TWELVE, ONE-HOUR WEEKLY COACHING CALLS VIA ZOOM.
    The coaching calls are weekly to create momentum that supports your transformation and creates the internal changes necessary to follow the inner promptings of your heart toward the life you love. When you don’t change, nothing changes; when you transform, everything transforms with you.

I know change is scary and uncomfortable, and the feelings of discomfort and feeling challenged, might be the last thing you want to be with right now.

I dare to say that the feelings of discomfort might also be from the thought of the possibility of dying with your music inside of you!

The possibility of not living in and from your full potential is scary!

I know from my own personal experience that when I am not living a life of purpose and heart, it does not matter how much I do or how much I have, I don’t feel fulfilled in the life I am living, and there is a sense of emptiness that paints it all.

I also know that when the purpose of your journey exists in every step, then you are able to harvest and integrate the lessons of every experience into wisdom.

I have always been purpose driven in my life but at a young age my focus was outwards, meaning that what I produced and the results I obtained defined who I was, and how well I was doing. Even though I was obtaining more and more, I felt empty, I grew more fearful, until one day I found a quote from Rumi that stated the following “I once thought I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today, I am wise so I am changing myself”.

I believe that you have come with a song, that your specific life experiences have shaped you and are in service in bringing your Light into the World. It is up to you to return home to yourself to find the treasures, to harvest and integrate the lessons, so you bring your wisdom forward.

I believe there is a perfect design in your path, I believe Spirit has a plan for you, and I believe your Heart knows the way! It’s been through my own personal journey that I’ve been called to help women, like you, who are called to bring their Light into the World in connection and self-love.

  • Yes, I can and I feel so happy that you are beginning to believe that you can overcome your blocks, because you can! Blocks are here to support you in your process of growth. They are connected to a story of past pain, I guide you back home to reconnect, and integrate the wisdom.

  • My suggestion is to begin meeting me weekly for the first three months, this creates a potent container and momentum of growth, alignment, and therefore transformation. You will begin to see and feel the evidence of your growth. After the three months, we can then meet biweekly or monthly.

  • At the moment you can work with me from anywhere in the world, as we meet via zoom.

  • There is a big difference! A Life Coach focuses on actions to get results. My focus is based on Ontological Coaching, Nature-based practices, along with HeartMath+ Practices and other holistic modalities. It is a Holistic approach that focuses on your whole being, we go deeper into the root to understand the observer you are. How you observe the world, creates your life. As you integrate new ways of seeing yourself and life, and realign with your Soul, you then go out into the world from your inspired action and the results are part of the way you are showing up. At your core you know who and what you are, offering your gifts.

  • You can continue working with me as long as you need too. I encourage you to begin with the three months, and then you have the opportunity to continue feeling supported monthly or biweekly, as you continue integrating the tools that you will be learning and embodying while at the same time continue transforming, growing, evolving as you discover new ways to ring your light into the world.
