(ES) Tu verdadera libertad es poder Responder y Crear, siendo la Luz que Eres.
La Luz que Eres es tu Potencial Radiante, es lo que has venido a compartir con el Mundo. Todos hemos llegado con un mensaje para dar, con un don y un llamado a crear y ofrecer al mundo. Esta Luz de la que hablo no tiene nada que ver con luz vs oscuridad, es la Luz de lo Divino en Ti, como Tú, manifestada en Ser en toda su plenitud, empoderada por tu Amor.
Es la expresión del llamado de tu corazón.
¿Qué llamado estás lista para asumir?
En el pasado, la responsabilidad para mí era algo pesado, como persona que se exige demasiado. La responsabilidad significaba cargar con el peso del mundo sobre mis hombros. Estas creencias sobre la responsabilidad me impedían seguir mi corazón porque se sentía demasiado grande, abrumador, incluso serio.
¿De qué manera el significado que le das a “poseer tu luz” te está impidiendo expresarla?
En el pasado, la responsabilidad también significaba ser de cierta manera, de la forma que yo creía que se esperaba de mí en lugar de ser mi yo verdadero. Pensaba que ser responsable era ajustarse a las estructuras y paradigmas culturales; tener que reprimir mi verdadero ser. Esto cerraba todas las posibilidades de realmente compartir mi luz, porque tu luz es tu pasión y amor sin disculpas.
¿Qué estás rechazando en tu vida? ¿Y tal vez estás rebelándote de alguna manera en tus elecciones? ¿Cómo esta rebelión no honra a tu yo auténtico?
Hoy, para mí, ser responsable significa poder Responder (Response/Ability, ser capaz). No huir, no esconderse, no escapar, no luchar, defenderse o reaccionar; al contrario: poder responder a tu vida es un acto creativo.
Cada momento de tu vida, si puedes responder en lugar de reaccionar, estás tomando responsabilidad de tu Luz.
La libertad, literalmente, significa el Reino Libre, reconocer y ser tu propio Ser Soberano Divino. Ser verdadero contigo misma, hacer lo correcto y verdadero para ti, honrarte a ti y honrar al otro en su expresión única de Luz.
La verdadera libertad es ser quien has venido a ser. Darte permiso de ser quien has venido a ser, en toda tu gloria: tus fortalezas y limitaciones, tu miedo y tu amor, tu crecimiento y tu marchitar. Como una de mis ancestras, hace mucho tiempo, también llamada Sofía, me dijo: “Amar la muerte es amar la vida”.
Si solo tuvieras hoy, qué harías diferente? Cómo serías diferente?
Es hora de abrazar tu Luz.
Es hora de tomar responsabilidad de tu Luz única.
Esta es la verdadera libertad: vivir siendo leal a tu corazón y tu crecimiento, enfrentando tus miedos, respondiendo al llamado, siendo la Luz que eres.
La verdadera libertad como estado de ser, como la forma en que te relacionas con la Vida.
Tomando Responsabilidad de tu Proceso de Luz:
Toma unas respiraciones profundas.
Cambia tu atención de tu mente a tu corazón.
Siéntete aquí. Siente el aire fluyendo por tu cuerpo, anclada en tu corazón.
Toma unos momentos en silencio, presente a lo que surge.
Recorre la Consulta del Alma una por una y escribe en tu diario:
¿Qué se ha transformado dentro de ti?
¿Cómo está impactando esta transformación tu mundo?
¿Qué novedad está surgiendo?
¿Qué novedad se está volviendo disponible dentro de ti y a tu alrededor?
¿Qué es momento de cerrar para siempre?
¿Cómo puede expresarse tu verdadera libertad en tu vida hoy?
¿Cómo puedes abrazar más plenamente el cambio positivo que está sucediendo en tu vida?
¿Cuál es tu compromiso del corazón contigo misma?
¿Cómo llevarás este compromiso del corazón a tu vida cotidiana?

(EN) Your True Freedom is being able to Respond and Create,
being the Light that you Are!
The Light that you Are is your Radiant Potential, is what you have come here to share with the World. We all have come with a message to share, with a gift and a calling to create and offer the World. This Light that I speak of, has nothing to do with light vs evil, it is the Light of the Divine in You, as You, manifested into Being in its full radiance empowered by your Love.
It is the expression of your Heart’s Calling.
WHAT CALLING ARE YOU READY TO TAKE RESPONSABILITY OFF?
In the past Responsibility for me was something that felt heavy, as a person that puts way too much pressure on herself. Responsibility, meant carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. These belief about responsibility, kept me from following my heart because it felt too big and overwhelming, even serious.
IS THERE A WAY THE MEANING YOU CREATE TO OWNING YOUR LIGHT, KEEPING YOU FROM EXPRESSING IT?
In the past responsibility, also meant to be a certain way, a way that I thought was expected of me instead of my true self. I thought responsibility meant fitting into the cultural structures and paradigms; having to relieve my true self. This closed all possibilities of actually sharing my light, as your light is your unapologetic passion and love.
WHAT ARE YOU REJECTING IN YOUR LIFE?
AND ARE YOU PERHAPS REBELING IN SOME WAY IN YOUR CHOICES?
HOW IS THIS REBELLION NOT HONORING YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF?
So now let me share what means to be Responsible for me today.
Responsibility, means to me, being able to Respond (Response/Ability, being able). Not running away, or hiding, or escaping, or fighting back, defending, or reacting; on the contrary; Being able to Respond to your Life is a Creative Act.
Every moment of your life, if you can respond instead or react, you are taking responsibility of your Light.
Freedom, literarily means the Free Kingdom, acknowledging and being your own Divine Sovereign Being. Being True to Yourself, Doing what is Right and True for you, Honoring You, Honoring the other in their own unique Light Expression.
True Freedom is being Who you have come here to Be.
Giving yourself permission to Be Who you have come here to Be.
It your full glory.
your strengths and limitations.
in your fear and your love.
in your growth and your withering.
As one of my ancestors long time gone, also named Sofia has told me
"Loving Death is Loving Life".

What has been Transforming within you?
How is this Transformation impacting your World?
What newness is rising?
What Newness is becoming available within you and all around you?
What is time to close the doors too for good?
How does your True Freedom can be expressed in your Life today?
How can you Embrace the Positive Change that is happening in your Life more fully?
What is your Heart Commitment to Yourself?
