Are You a Love Finder?


Have you ever wonder how the fabric of life is weaved? 


Everything is interconnected, the light that you have come to share, the light that you have come here to experience, and realize IS part of the fabric of life

To feel in alignment to your desired experience, first you will have to commit to be in unconditional alignment to your authentic self, with your heart. To be loyal to your Heart; and become a love finder, instead of a separation or fear or enemy finder.

To open yourself to this paradigm shift, begin to focus on behaviors and attitudes, rather than people or a person. Ultimately we all have been carved in the image of Love, and we have all been conditioned through experiences, and we all see through the lenses of our own experiences. Constantly projecting our fears and our love, into others, into the World. This is why we are in togetherness. 

To the degree that we are aware that what I see outside, is my own projection then I can wake up to myself and truth. 
That all is Love.

To get closer and closer to these experiences, first you will have to shift your way of perceiving.

In which situations does your Enemy Finder wakes up and takes over?
 

Seeing from a new perspective and shifting from fear to love requires openness, self-reflection, and practice. Here are some steps you can take to cultivate this shift:

  1. Awareness: Start by recognizing when fear-based thoughts or emotions arise. Pay attention to the situations, triggers, and patterns that lead you to fear. Awareness is the first step towards change.

  2. Question your beliefs: Examine the beliefs and assumptions that underlie your fears. Are they rooted in past experiences, societal conditioning, or negative self-talk? Question the validity of these beliefs and consider alternative perspectives.

  3. Practice empathy: Cultivate empathy towards yourself and others. Try to understand the fears and insecurities that drive people's actions and reactions. Empathy helps you see beyond surface-level behaviors and connect with the underlying emotions.

  4. Gratitude and Appreciation: Shift your focus towards gratitude and appreciation. Practice gratitude and appreciation daily, make sure you FEEL the emotion, rather than simply think of it. You have to bring into your body! So your body has the experience. This helps to counterbalance fear-based thinking and promotes a more loving mindset.

  5. Self-compassion: Be kind and compassionate towards yourself. Treat yourself with love and understanding, just as you would treat a loved one. Recognize that fear is a natural human response, and it's okay to experience it. Self-compassion helps you navigate fear with love and understanding.

  6. Mindfulness and meditation: Engage in mindfulness practices and meditation to cultivate present-moment awareness. These practices help you observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment, allowing you to respond from a place of love rather than reacting out of fear.

  7. Surround yourself with love: Seek out loving influences in your life. Surround yourself with supportive friends, family, or communities that encourage growth, empathy, and love.

  8. Practice forgiveness: Let go of grudges and resentments that weigh you down. Forgiveness doesn't mean condoning harmful behavior, but it frees you from carrying the burden of anger and fear. Forgiving yourself and others allows space for love to thrive.

Remember, shifting from fear to love is an ongoing process. Be patient with yourself, celebrate small victories, and continue to practice these steps consistently. Over time, you'll develop a new perspective rooted in love and compassion.

And remember, that you are part of the whole fabric of Life. Who you are, your dreams, desires, visions, and hopes are part of the fabric. They are not separate or somewhere to be find or somewhere to be magically created and appear, they are already part of you, of your Divine Blueprint. The energy that you are as a Sovereign Being of Light. Life is inwards, it happens inside of us. The structure that we are in makes us believe it is happening outside of us. But in truth it is an inside creation.
